Look What I saw at the Beach

This whale spent the morning jumping
out of the water up and down the shoreline at
Avon-by-the-Sea.
It was SO cool!

Father's Day

Our morning started out at home with presents for Daddy!

Then we headed over to Grandpa's (PaPa) favorite spot for the rest of the day..

We got Daddy and PaPa this for Father's Day...

Just Kidding, but we did surprise PaPa with a new grill!

Daddy and PaPa tried out the paddleboard.

PaPa took me for a walk and I passed out!

Daddy said, " it was a perfect day"!

Glad you had a great day!
Thanks for being such a great Daddy!

Grumpy's Visit

I waited and waited for Grumpy to get here ...

Then when I woke up, he was here!!!

He brought fun presents for me...

Daddy made a special pancake breakfast!

We played outside lots and lots since the weather was so perfect!

When we were inside, Grumpy taught me all about his computer games!

and gave me lots of hugs and kisses to make up for lost times!

We went to a picnic for the Avon Fire Department to celebrate a new firetruck
and I got this fire hat...

or fire seat!

We had breakfast on the boardwalk at the beach.

And had tons of great conversations and endless games of peek-a-boo!
Thank you Grumpy for coming to visit!
We miss you so much already and can't wait for you to come back!

I love you!

Memorial Day Weekend

We kicked off our beautiful Memorial Day weekend with a parade!
So I wore my best patriotic attire...

We saw Daddy working on our way...

Grandma saved me the best seat in the house!

Both my Grandpas were there too!

The next day we went to a hot dog festival at the horse race track.

And some friends came over to play!

We ended the weekend with a BBQ on the river...

with family...

and food...

and fun with Aunt Kerry and Uncle Jim's new paddleboard...

Of course I had to show them how to put it together...

Then I could use it for tons of things like...
 as a runway...

or a spot to rest...

or an observation deck for spotting airplanes!

Then I finally let Aunt Kerry give it a try!

         Let's not forget dessert!

Yummy!

Then I got to thinking...

How important it is to remember and give thanks
to the people that gave their lives to fight for the freedom of our country.
Thank you and Happy Memorial Day!
